Risk Management & Finance Summit for Nonprofits brochure
Case:
The
client
had
the
need
for
a
conference brochure, with expenses for images, printing and mailing to be kept as low as possible.
Solution: A fresh design was needed. We found some low-cost stock images focusing on the content of the conference as well as free images to promote the conference location.
The flat size of the brochure is 12x11 inches, which folds in half to 6x11. The last page of the brochure is the mail panel, making it a self-mailer. A smooth paper stock was chosen that was lighter weight than the prior year's brochure, making it nice to touch but also less expensive to mail than the prior year's brochure (the previous brochures were a larger page size and a slightly smaller page count). All of these factors saved the client some money, and they were excited with the resulting piece. The executive director stated, "The brochure is beautiful. Definitely our best ever. Thanks to you!!!"
