Greatheart Consulting accessible InDesign template design

Problem

The design of the materials needed to reflect what Greatheart Consulting teaches:

diversity,
equity,
inclusion,
belonging.

It also needed to:

be more “fun“ rather than ”researchy or technical”;
inspire curiosity about the topic;
be relatable and engaging, so that people feel like becoming more inclusive is something that includes them and which they can participate in.
highlight key information, so even if there is a lot of text, people feel like the design helps them process it all in a way that doesn’t feel overwhelming.
