National Partnership for Women & Families Report Series

Background

The National Partnership for Women & Families is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve the lives of women and families by achieving equality for all women. They help individuals who face barriers to equity and opportunity.

Problem

To support their mission, the organization wanted to have a new series of reports designed and to be accessible. The reports covered different topics:

housing,
jobs and employment,
public benefits and
wealth building.

The reports needed a new design that would adhere to the existing brand standards. Additionally, each report needed to look like it was part of a cohesive set of reports while having some uniqueness on the cover to differentiate it from the other reports.

Solution

We created a new design to be used for all of the reports for consistency. We also used a large and unique photo on each cover and throughout each document to differentiate the reports from one another. We also used the ribbon shape from their logo as a creative design element.

We incorporated photos showing women of different ethnicities to show inclusivity.

We called out important information in each report with a background, larger type and a design element.

We also created accessible infographics.

Deliverables
