JCA materials before the redesign

Background

The Jewish Council for the Aging is a nonprofit organization in Rockville, Maryland. Its mission is to help all older adults in the Washington, D.C., area maintain their independence, dignity, vitality and self-respect.

Problem

The marketing materials needed to speak to JCA’s audience—senior citizens of different faiths and a wide age range. They also needed to appeal to their donors and board as well as be a more accurate reflection of the organization. JCA has many volunteers, and they are enthusiastic about what they do.

Solution

To achieve this, we used the curved shapes from the logo as design elements, along with their two main brand colors, to provide an energetic, welcoming look that reinforces their “Helping All Seniors Thrive” tagline.
